Returns Policy

At LexLoves, we want you to be completely happy with your order. If something isn't right, we will happily accept a return and provide you with a store credit given that all of the requirements have been met:

Returns Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility: Item must be unused, be in original packaging, and not be damaged. 

Non-Returnable Items: Gift-cards, sale items. 

Returns Process: To initiate a return, email us at info@lexloves.com with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return

Once approved, we'll provide return instructions.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items: If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll resolve it right away.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet this criteria.
